Custom ID Badge & Card Printing
We provide personalized plastic cards for a range of business identification needs, including membership cards, gift cards, and discount cards. Our custom ID cards are a durable, cost-effective solution for promoting your organization. Printed on standard CR-80 PVC card stock, these cards are suitable for numerous applications, such as employee identification badges, access control cards, and loyalty programs.
ID Card Specifications
- Size: CR-80 (0.03″ thick and 2.125″ x 3.375″) - Same size as a credit card.
- Artwork: Setup file size to 3.375” x 2.125” at 300dpi. No bleeds required.
- File Formats: High-resolution PDF preferred, but jpg, tiff also accepted.
Important Notice
We do not print government-issued ID cards (e.g., driver's licenses, passports).
Corporate/organizational ID cards require an official authorization letter stating Digital Shootout Printing permission to produce the cards on plastic. This policy ensures all ID cards meet strict legal and ethical standards.
